Corney & Barrow has been selling wine in London since 1780. In 2009 a permanent base was established in Hong Kong and in 2012 – Singapore, we are proud to be able to offer our customers in Asia the same attention to detail and high level of service that we’ve been offering for years.
Heritage
In 1780, Edward Bland Corney opened his shop on London’s Old Broad Street, offering a small selection of port, sherry and Bordeaux. The business flourished, and in 1838, his son, Thomas introduced his cousin Robert Barrow to the trade. The Corney & Barrow name was born. Today, our offices have grown to the north of England, Scotland, Hong Kong and Singapore, and have expanded into every sector of the market. We became the first traditional wine merchant to establish a wine broking operation and our merchant business is growing every day. Still privately owned, 75% of our portfolio is exclusive to us – a testament to the dedication of our relationships. Our range has grown to include the highest quality wines, from everyday drinking to the heights of Petrus and Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. We insist on excellence in everything we do, just as Misters Corney & Barrow would have done.
Royal Warrants
Corney & Barrow’s Royal Warrants date back to George V in 1912, when they were first introduced. Royal Warrants are a mark of recognition to individuals or companies who have supplied goods or services for at least five years to the Royal family. Corney & Barrow currently holds two Royal Warrants, as suppliers to HM Queen Elizabeth II and HRH The Prince of Wales. We are the only wine company to have held three Royal Warrants concurrently, as suppliers to HM Queen Elizabeth II, HRH The Prince of Wales and, formerly, the late HM Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother. As Warrant holders we may display the relevant Royal Arms and the legend ‘By Appointment’ on products, premises, stationery, vehicles and advertising.

Events
If you are new to Corney & Barrow, our events are the best opportunity to taste our amazing wine list. We also organise special dinners so that you can meet our brilliant winemakers and get the inside knowledge on how the wine is produced.
Delivery
Delivery is free for Singapore for all orders amount over SG$300. Orders below this amount will be charged at SG$60 + GST per delivery. There will be an additional surcharge for delivery to the outlying island. Please contact us for further details.
